Office Planner is a Singapore office furniture manufacturer and turnkey fit-out main contractor. Since 1997 we've furnished and fitted out complete workspaces for government, healthcare, education, and corporate clients — handling the whole project end to end rather than just supplying furniture. Because we manufacture in our own facilities, a single team is accountable from the first space plan to the final installed chair.
That single-contractor model is how we've delivered fit-outs at scale — including a 4,350-workstation project for the Defence Science & Technology Agency — alongside work for PwC, CPF Board, the National University of Singapore, the State Courts, and public hospitals such as Khoo Teck Puat and Sengkang General. The turnkey fit-out process
Space planning & design
We start with your floorplate, headcount, and the way your teams actually work — planning workstation density, meeting and focus zones, and circulation to make the most of your real estate.
Manufacturing
Furniture is built in our own panel factory in Johor and assembly factory in Selangor, Malaysia, with GreenDNA-certified materials and full in-house quality control — not sourced and resold.
Delivery & installation
As main contractor, we coordinate delivery and install everything on site across Singapore, managing timelines and access so your office is ready to use, not flat-packed.
Warranty & after-sales
Every fit-out is backed by our 5–10 year product warranty and ongoing after-sales support, so the workspace keeps performing long after handover.
